Power cabinet

◆ The copper strip and copper tube in the power cabinet are from top brand in China. The copper strip is treated by sandblasting and passivation process, and the production is standardized. The components and wires of the power cabinet are reasonably arranged and easy to maintain.

Furnace

◆ Rotating gap-free technology: The furnace body rotates without gap during the tilting process, which can effectively prevent molten iron from entering the furnace body and protect the safety of equipment operation.

◆ Side plate structure of furnace body: The side plate structure of the furnace body adopts one-step forming technology of integral steel plate, which is firm and durable.

◆ Anti-fall protection cover: the furnace body is equipped with anti-fall protection device. during the tilting process of the furnace body, the anti-fall protection cover forms a protective fence to prevent personnel from falling and ensure safer operation of personnel.

◆ yan-tail type non-water-through magnetic yoke: the 0.27mm thick high-permeability oriented silicon steel sheet produced by wisco is adopted for the design. The silicon steel sheets on both sides of the yoke step by step step backward 15mm to form yan-tail type, which can effectively prevent the heat and expansion of stainless steel baffle caused by the magnetic field diffusion along the edge of the yoke.

◆ double leakage furnace alarm system: dc injection and ac induction double alarm system are adopted respectively to test the lining thickness through leakage current.When the metal penetrates into or near the induction coil, start the alarm device in advance, seal off the power supply, and effectively avoid the accident happened in the furnace.

◆ the induction coil of intermediate frequency furnace is made of luocopper-oxygen copper tube wound on a special mold, with no joint in the middle and pure copper argon arc welding at both ends. The copper tube is made of TU1 (99.97%) high-quality cold-extrusion copper tube, with no weld in each group of induction coil.

◆ the upper and lower parts of the induction coil of the intermediate frequency furnace are equipped with stainless steel water-cooling rings, which are integrated with the induction coil and made into a type. The purpose is to make the lining material evenly heated in the axial direction and extend the service life of the lining.Faraday short circuit rings are arranged on the upper and lower parts of the induction coil. In order to fully absorb the upper and lower ends of the magnetic leakage, prevent furnace cross section heating.In order to reduce the torque of large section water-cooled cable in tilting furnace, the side outlet wire is adopted for wiring.
